Original recipe makes 4
3 tablespoonsDijon mustard; divided
1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
1/2 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1 poundpork tenderloin; trimmed of fat
2 teaspoonscanola oil
1/4 cupcider vinegar
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoonsfresh sage; chopped

Mustard-Maple Pork Tenderloin Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Combine 1 tablespoon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl; rub all over pork. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and brown on all sides, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 145°F, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.

Could you please correct your instructions. I went to make this and there's nothing mentioned about the remaining ingredients. I'd love to try this.

You fail to tell us what to do with the remaining mustard, the vinegar maple syrup and sage.
