Original recipe makes 10

8 oz.whipped cream cheese

8 oz.Sour cream

1 packagetaco dip seasoning

1/2 cupsalsa

5 dashesTabasco sauce; (up to 10), (to taste)

1 canbean dip; (if not available I've used flavored refried beans)

8 ouncesgrated Monterey Jack cheese

8 oz.sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix together well and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes -- till hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
