Preheat the oven to 80c. To make the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil and horseradish and set aside. Brush the salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place in a greased baking tray and scatter with the capers. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the salmon is just firm to touch. Set aside for 5 minutes. Toss salad leaves with the dressing. To serve, divide the leaves between plates, top with salmon and sprinkle with the capers.
