Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 2 Heirloom tomato's; (or 3) |
| 1 Ball fresh mozzarella |
| 1 bunchfresh basil |
| 1 clovegarlic; crushed |
| 1 Good virgin olive oil |
| 1 Balsamic vinegar |
| Sea Salt; (fleur de sel) |
| black pepper; Fresh ground |
Heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad Preparation
Slice tomatoes and Mozzarella
Rough chop Basil
Arrange on serving plate by stacking all ingredients in layers
e.g., tomato,cheese,basil,garlic,oil,vinegar,salt and pepper
Repeat layers 4 to five times
Garnish plate with Basil and a topping drizzle of oil, vinegar and salt and pepper.
