Very Flavorful, leftovers are great as hot roast beef sandwiches and in Beef Stroganoff.
Fill a large roasting pan with a lid with 1/4 inch of water. Sprinkle all sides of the roast with salt and pepper. Rub the chopped garlic on all side. place in the roasting pan. Add onion slices around sides and on top. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce over all. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for up to 4 hours depending on how well done you like your roast beef.
