| 1 largeSirloin Tip Roast; Tied |
| 2 tablespoonsgarlic; chopped |
| 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce; or more if you prefer |
| 1 largeSpanish onion; sliced |
| 1 salt and pepper |
| water; 1/4 inch in the bottom of the pan |
Sirloin Tip Roast Preparation
Fill a large roasting pan with a lid with 1/4 inch of water. Sprinkle all sides of the roast with salt and pepper. Rub the chopped garlic on all side. place in the roasting pan. Add onion slices around sides and on top. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce over all. Cover and bake in a 325 degree oven for up to 4 hours depending on how well done you like your roast beef.
