Chinese Pot Stickers

| 1/2 poundground pork |
| 1/4 cupgreen onion; finely chopped |
| 1 Egg; slightly beaten |
| 2 TbsRed bell pepper; finely chopped |
| 1 1/2 tspKosher Salt |
| 1/2 tspBlack pepper |
| 1 tspbrown sugar |
| 1 tspCayenne |
| 2 tspWorcestershire sauce |
| 2 tspKetchup |
| 1 tspYellow mustard |
| 1 cupchicken broth |
| 1/3 cupVegetable oil |
| 1 packagepot sticker wrappers |
Pot Stickers Preparation
Mix all ingredients except chicken broth, oil and pot sticker wrappers. Place 1 tbs of filling on to center of pot sticker wrapper. Seal edges with water.
Heat saute'' pan to medium high and wipe pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. When hot, place the pot stickers onto pan. Do not over crowd. Let them cook for exactly 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth and pour on top of pot stickers. Cover immediately to contain steam. Lower temp to medium to medium low and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove lid and turn off heat. Remove from pan and serve hot.
Clean pan of residue before starting second batch.
Serve pot stickers with the "Risha" dipping sauce.
