Banana Nut Raisin Bread with cinnamon.
Pre-heat oven to 350
In a mixer, combine: flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add bananas, margarine and milk. Beat with an electric mixer until blended then on high for 2 mins. Add eggs until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour batter into a greased/floured loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 mins or until toothpick is clean. Cool on a wire rack and wrap in saran wrap for a few hours before slicing. I serve with cream cheese :)
