Rib Rub for Awesome Indoor Pork Baby Back Ribs
Rib Rub for sweet and spicy ribs! Good recipe when you can't use the smoker outside.."Made this two days ago. My husband loved it! Took some to my mom and sister as well. Mom normally likes her ribs with BBQ sauce, but loved this dish! They stated I was the new rib maker of the family " - SaKaHa

Rib Rub for Awesome Indoor Pork Baby Back Ribs Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 275
Cover cookie sheet with foil, spray foil with non-stick spray.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Place a flat rack on to cookie sheet (to suspend ribs .5-1" above sheet). Spray with non-stick.
Rub the vegetable oil onto the ribs. Pour the rub over the ribs and work the rub fully and evenly into the ribs.
Place ribs on rack (meat side up, bone/membrane side down)
Cook for 2 hours. One hour in, drizzle ribs with honey.
Remove ribs after 2 hours. Drizzle with honey again.
Wrap tightly with foil. Be careful not to puncture foil or leave seams unsealed.
Increase heat to 300, cook 1 more hour.
That's for about 2 lbs of ribs. Double the recipe if you're making more than that.
