Rib Rub for Awesome Indoor Pork Baby Back Ribs Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 275

Cover cookie sheet with foil, spray foil with non-stick spray.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Place a flat rack on to cookie sheet (to suspend ribs .5-1" above sheet). Spray with non-stick.

Rub the vegetable oil onto the ribs. Pour the rub over the ribs and work the rub fully and evenly into the ribs.

Place ribs on rack (meat side up, bone/membrane side down)

Cook for 2 hours. One hour in, drizzle ribs with honey.

Remove ribs after 2 hours. Drizzle with honey again.

Wrap tightly with foil. Be careful not to puncture foil or leave seams unsealed.

Increase heat to 300, cook 1 more hour.

That's for about 2 lbs of ribs. Double the recipe if you're making more than that.

I replaced the cayenne pepper with BBQ seasoning, added in 1/4 tsp of smokey seasoning and half a bottle of beer. Other than that I loved the recipe and it worked out really well .

This recipe is so easy and the ribs will be delicious.. for sure. If you don't like it spicy or sweet, adjust the cayenne and honey accordingly. [I posted this recipe.]
