Original recipe makes 15
2 8-oz packagescream cheese
2 8-oz packagescrescent dinner rolls; refrigerated
1 cupSugar
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2 cupbutter; melted
1/2 cupcinnamon sugar mixture

Crescent Sopaipilla Cheesecake Preparation

Use a 9x13 pan, unroll one package of the crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan

Flatten

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla

Spread over crescent rolls

Unroll the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture

Pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Cinnamon Sugar mixture is 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon
