| 2 teaspoonssesame oil; divided |
| 1 cuplong-grain white rice |
| 1 lbstir-fry combination (vegetables); your favorite, I used asparag |
| 2 tbsTeriyaki sauce |
| 4 6-ozOrange Rough filets |
Teriyaki Orange Roughy with Stir-Fried Veggies and Rice Preparation
Start the fish marinating
Put rice and 2 cups of water into a 3-quart pot and bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
Heat wok and 1 tsp oil over med-high heat and saute vegetables to taste.
Meanwhile, heat remain oil in pan. When hot, add orange roughy, cooking about 2 minutes each side.
Serve fish over rice and veggies.
