| 1 1/2 poundsGround beef |
| 1 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1 cupGreen pepper; chopped |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1 15-oz canKidney beans; drained & rinsed |
| 1 15-oz canWhole tomatoes; Undrained |
| 1 can (15 oz)Tomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 tablespoonsChili powder |
| 1 teaspoonGround cumin |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsPepper |
| 1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded |
Slow Cooker Double Cheese Chili Preparation
Brown meat and drain grease. Add onion, green peppers and garlic, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Put mixture in crockpot.
Add all remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours
Sprinkle shredded cheese in bottom of bowl, top with chili and top with more cheese!!!
