|1 1/2 poundsGround beef|
|1 cupOnion; chopped|
|1 cupGreen pepper; chopped|
|1 cloveGarlic; minced|
|1 15-oz canKidney beans; drained & rinsed|
|1 15-oz canWhole tomatoes; Undrained|
|1 can (15 oz)Tomato sauce|
|1 1/2 tablespoonsChili powder|
|1 teaspoonGround cumin|
|1 1/2 teaspoonsPepper|
|1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded|
Slow Cooker Double Cheese Chili Preparation
Brown meat and drain grease. Add onion, green peppers and garlic, cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Put mixture in crockpot.
Add all remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours
Sprinkle shredded cheese in bottom of bowl, top with chili and top with more cheese!!!
