A nice version of Chicken Parmesean

Original recipe makes 4
2 tbspolive oil
2 clovesgarlic; crushed
Hot red pepper flakes; to taste
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cupsmarinara sauce
1/4 cupbasil; chopped
8 ozMozzarella cheese; shredded
4 ozParmesean cheese; grated
5 ozGarlic croutons

Chicken Parmesean with a Twist Preparation

In a large baking dish put the olive oil, sprinkle in the crushed garlic and add the red pepper flakes.

Add the chicken breasts on top,

Pour 2 cups tomato sauce on top of chicken breasts.

Sprinkle basil leaves on top of sauce (can use dry but fresh is better).

On top of that sprinkle half the mozzarella and parmesean cheese.

Place the garlic croutons on top of the cheese.

Put the remaining cheese on top of the croutons.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes
