0.3 cButter
1 tgarlic; minced
1 conion; cohpped
2 cansmushrooms; sliced
2 lbbeef tenderloin; strips 1/2"
0.75 tSalt
3 tablespoonSalt
1 canbeef boullion
1 csour cream
1 tKitchen Bouquet
2 tworcestshire
4 cwhite rice , cooked
7 cwild rice, cooked

Perfect Beef Stroganoff Preparation

In a dutch oven melt 2T butter, saute mushrooms, onion & garlic until soft,set aside.Melt remaining butter , add meat, sprinkle with salt & lightly brown.Remove meat from pan & add flour to the drippings,slowly blend in the boullion & sour cream,cook until thickened.Add all ingredients (except rice) & heat through.Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine cooked rices,Serve Stroganoff over rice.
