This is my take on classic Marinara Sauce with an Indian flavor

Ingredients
| 3.2 cupsRosa san marzano tomatoes |
| 3 tablespoonsParsley Flakes |
| 3 tablespoonsBasil Leaf Sweet |
| 1.5 tablespoonsSpicy Spaghetti Seasoning |
| 1.5 tablespoonsChopped Dry Onion Flakes |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 tablespoonred Chili powder |
| 4 teaspoonsOlive Oil |
| 4 clovesGarlic; Chopped |
| 1 tablespoonShan; (Chicken Tikka BBQ Mix) |

Marinara Sauce Preparation
Heat the olive oil
Add the chopped garlic until very light brown (Note it burns very quickly and will turn bitter)
Then add San Marzano tomatoes and cook until you see small bubbles appear
Now add all the spice mixed and let it simmer for at least an hour
then cool and jar to use as a pizza sauce or add to your favorite pasta
