Servings
Original recipe makes 6
6 fresh Avocados; (soft to the touch)
3 fresh tomatoes
1 red / Spanish onion; (medium size)
2 bunchescoriander; (chopped and avoid stems)
1 lime
1 jarhot chili peppers; red or green, it depends
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonblack pepper

Great Guacamole Preparation

In a bowl cut up and combine the tomatoes, onion, coriander, juice of 1 lime, finely cut chili peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir this up really well to get the juices and spices to combine. Be sure to leave the onions, tomatoes and coriander chunky. Then, add the avocados into the tomato spice mixture and stir up, again it should be chunky so don't go too crazy mixing it up.

You may want to start by adding only a portion of the cut chili peppers and then taste when done. If you need more spice just keep adding the chili peppers to taste.

I recommend the Doritos "original" recipe or plain chips with the dip (usually requires 3 bags). This dish feeds 6-10 people just fine.
