48 mushrooms; (Baby Portabellas or Creminis)
1/2 cupbutter; (1/2 stick), melted
3/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1 packagecream cheese; softened
1/4 cupsour cream
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 tablespoonfresh parsley; minced
2 tablespoonsfresh thyme; minced
3 tablespoonsFresh Lemon Juice

Parmesan and Herb-Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Remove stems from mushrooms. Wipe caps clean with a damp paper towel.

Brush mushrooms with melted butter and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients until well blended. Pipe evenly into the mushroom caps. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
