Parmesan and Herb-Stuffed Mushrooms

| 48 mushrooms; (Baby Portabellas or Creminis) |
| 1/2 cupbutter; (1/2 stick), melted |
| 3/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 packagecream cheese; softened |
| 1/4 cupsour cream |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1 tablespoonfresh parsley; minced |
| 2 tablespoonsfresh thyme; minced |
| 3 tablespoonsFresh Lemon Juice |
Parmesan and Herb-Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove stems from mushrooms. Wipe caps clean with a damp paper towel.
Brush mushrooms with melted butter and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients until well blended. Pipe evenly into the mushroom caps. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
