| 2 packageInstant Pastachio Pudding; (small) |
| 1 can (16 oz)Pineapple; crushed with juice |
| 1 1/2 cupsNuts; chopped |
| 1 cupMarshmallows; mini (optional) |
| 2 smallCool Whip; cartons |
Pistachio Fluff Preparation
In a large bowl mix pudding mix and canned fruit.. Stir until instant pudding mix is completely absorbed. Stir in nuts and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate for one hour or longer before serving.
As an alternative you could try a different flavor of instant pudding mix with different canned fruit options.
