I got this dessert from my Grand Daughter, Dakota. It is quick and easy to prepare and a rather tasty dish, as is my Grand Daughter.

Ingredients

2 package Instant Pastachio Pudding; (small)
1 can (16 oz) Pineapple; crushed with juice
1 1/2 cups Nuts; chopped
1 cup Marshmallows; mini (optional)
2 small Cool Whip; cartons

Original recipe makes 10 Servings

Preparation

In a large bowl mix pudding mix and canned fruit.. Stir until instant pudding mix is completely absorbed. Stir in nuts and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate for one hour or longer before serving.

As an alternative you could try a different flavor of instant pudding mix with different canned fruit options.
