Great stroganoff you can make with turkey or beef (preferably grass fed beef). Very low in fat and only 5 ww points per serving!

Original recipe makes 4
8 ozlean ground beef or turkey
1 packagedry onion soup mix
2 cupsegg noodles; cooked
1 10.75-oz can98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 canmushroom pieces
1/4 cupfat free sour cream
1 salt and pepper to taste

Healthy Stroganoff Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion soup (you may have to add a little water). Stir in cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, and salt/pepper. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving.
