Original recipe makes 15
4 ozFlour; Sifted.
1 ozMargarine
1 ozLard; (can ditch lard and use 2oz Margarine
1 Water
Mincemeat

Christmas Mince Pies Preparation

Sift Flour into lrge bowl

Rub in fat using tips of fingers.

Add water tiny bit at a time till pastry forms a ll with no bits left in the bowl.

Wrap dough in bowl and place in fridge for 25 mins.

Then grease a cupcake tin.

Cut 1/2 of pastry into circles slightly laarger than the circumference of each dip in tin.

Place circles in dips in tin.

Fill the circles with mincemeat.

Use the other half of the pastry to cover over top.

Bake for 25-30 mins at 200 degrees C

Eat and Enjoy.
