Turkey Stuffing Preparation
Cook onion & celery in butter until yender & transparent. Add sausage, broken up, and cook until sausage is done. Break bread into small pieces. Mix onion, celery & sausage mixture into bread. Add egg, salt, pepper, & poultry seasoning. Mix well. Bake at 350 F for 1.5 to 2 hours in a baking dish with over or cook in turkey.
