Tofu Alla Graviera
Recipes » Main Dish » Casseroles
Quick and easy. And everybody likes it, with tofu or chicken as on the original greek recipe, if you don't want to make it vegetarian.
The picture shows one dish half-right chicken / half-left tofu, both sides yummy!
"This was just delicious! I did not have the right kind of cheese so I just used mild cheddar and it was so yummy! My husband absolutely loved it. This will be a regular at our house. This would make a great dish for company because it looks like you went to so much trouble, even though it's really easy to make."
