| 8 ouncesAngel Hair pasta; cooked |
| 4 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1/3 cupDry white wine |
| 3/4 cupParmesan or Romano |
| 1/2 cupButter |
| 1 pound largeshrimp; peeled |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
Garlic Shrimp Scampi Preparation
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add wine and pepper. Bring to a boil, cook stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and parsley. Pour shrimp mixture over pasta. Toss gently. Serve immediately.
