Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Grease hands and mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Roll into 1-inch balls and place one inch apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-23 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: This works best if you let the cheese and sausage come to room temperature before combining. These freeze well - thaw to room temperature or re-heat briefly in oven or microwave before serving.
