Crispy Kale

This is a great recipe for kids if you want them to eat their veggies. They won't even realize they are eating something that's actually good for them! The kale is so crispy that it practically melts in your mouth...well, almost. I decided to sprinkle some onion powder over the kale chips to bring additional flavor. We really enjoyed them that way. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings and spices.... Eat it as a snack... or use it as a garnish for soups, creamy dishes, fish etc.

Great recipe!! I've made this many times and always use different seasonings, try all the popcorn seasonings, my kids favourite is the salt and vinegar.

Easy go to snack..but I do it at higher heat - 325 x 15 min. Good with garlic powder as well as onion. Thanks

I did exactly what you said but mine burnt after 10 minutes, they went black and tasted like they were burnt. Next time I'll be lowering my time and the oven temperature.

This is so good! My boyfriend and i both absolutely love it, it's a favourite for sure. This also works well with spinach for anyone who cares to try it.

Excellent! We had to cook in batches, but it was worth it. They don't hold well, so make as many as u can eat at one sitting.

I made this and my feeling it is like dried parsley without the parsley flavor. It will crumble easily so I will add it to salads and soups so it will not be wasted but no use here as a yummy "chip". Thanks for a new way to save all my garden kale for wintery soups and stews!!! Gotta' be good for us.
