Loaves          
Original recipe makes 2 Loaves
1 1/2 cmilk
3/4 cSugar
GLAZE
2 1/2 cSugar
3 Eggs
2 tbPoppy seed
1 tsVanilla
1 1/8 cVegetable oil
1 1/2 tsAlmond extract
1/4 cOrange juice
BATTER
3 cFlour
1 1/2 tsSalt
1 1/2 tsVanilla
1/2 tsAlmond extract
1 1/2 tsBaking Powder

Almond Poppy Seed Bread Preparation

Mix all batter ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 5 minutes. Blend orange glaze ingredients. Pour over loaves while still warm in pans. Cool 5 minutes, then remove loaves from pans. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #187 by Julie Bertholf on Jul 19, 1997

What is the right amount of oil for this recipe? 11 cups of oil I think is a littl much.
