Steak Salad
Original recipe makes 4
| 1 cupbeef; cooked |
| 1 red sweet bell pepper; cut into strips |
| 1 packagefrozen curly-style French fries |
| 1 packagesharp cheddar cheese |
| bagged salad |
| 1 tomato; quartered |
| ranch salad dressing |
Steak Salad Preparation
In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute steak & peppers.
Turn off heat and top with cheddar cheese.
Cover to allow cheese to melt.
While steak is cooking, bake curly fries according to package directions.
Arrange lettuce, and tomatoes on plates.
Top each salad with french fries and steak.
Serve with ranch dressing.
