Original recipe makes 4
| 500 gramsMinced Beef |
| 2 mediumonion; french sliced |
| 2 largePeppers; sliced |
| 2 eaChilli |
| 15 millilitersChili powder; to taste |
| 2 clovesGarlic; chopped |
| 250 gramsNatural Yougurt |
| 1 tblspoonstomato puree |
| 1 cankidney beans |
| 1 canTomato; chopped |
| Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste |
| Salt; to taste |
Chili Con Carne Preparation
1) Saute chopped onion and green pepper in fat. Mix beef, onion and green pepper. Add spices; let stand 1 hour.
2) Add tomatoes, tomato puree, beans; cook in crock pot all day. Best if refrigerated and warmed the next day.
