500 gramsMinced Beef
2 mediumonion; french sliced
2 largePeppers; sliced
2 eaChilli
15 millilitersChili powder; to taste
2 clovesGarlic; chopped
250 gramsNatural Yougurt
1 tblspoonstomato puree
1 cankidney beans
1 canTomato; chopped
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
Salt; to taste

Chili Con Carne Preparation

1) Saute chopped onion and green pepper in fat. Mix beef, onion and green pepper. Add spices; let stand 1 hour.

2) Add tomatoes, tomato puree, beans; cook in crock pot all day. Best if refrigerated and warmed the next day.
