Cream of Rice Kofta

This is an Egyptian recipe. You can make an Egyptian casserole with this Kofta layered with potatoes and tomato sauce and bake at 350 until potatoes are tender. Delicious!

Original recipe makes 16
4 poundsground beef
3 cupscream of rice
2 largeonions; minced in food processor
2 tbspsalt
1/2 tbsppepper

Cream of Rice Kofta Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Form into finger shaped meatballs. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
