Super easy dish that is so yummy everyone will love it!
"Delicious! I altered it a little though. I made the bacon in a separate pan and made extra krispy. Then I used some of the bacon grease to saute the shallots and sprouts instead of the evoo. After sprouts were done I sprinkled the crispy bacon on top."- jonziefl

sistdc 3 weeks agoI've made this several times and it has become my preferred method when I have fresh sprouts. I've used onion when I don't have shallots on hand. Delicious!

Heatherferg 11 month agoI was running out of time so I 1/4'd the Brussels Sprouts and made this recipe without using the chicken broth. Really nice. Looking forward to making it again.

CherieBonine 1 year agoThis recipe turned my brussel sprout hating husband into a fan! I also felt there was no need to use olive oil when I had perfectly good bacon grease to use. I love the pine nut suggestion and will try it out next time I make it.

Amandajane40 1 year agoWhat a wonderful way to eat Brussels Sprouts. All 3 kids ate everything with no complaints. Will try it with pine nuts as suggested by another reviewer next time. Highly recommended!
