Original recipe makes 8
1 lbpork sausage or bacon
1 pkgcrescent rolls
1 cuphash browns; frozen (thawed) or refrig
1 cupsharp cheddar cheese; shredded
5 Eggs
1/4 cupmilk
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper

Breakfast Pizza Preparation

Cook, drain and cut up sausage or bacon

Divide a package of crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12” pizza pan with points toward the center. Roll together for a crust.

Put sausage, then hashbrowns, then grated cheddar.

Then beat eggs and milk, salt and pepper and pour over top until gaps are filled

Sprinkle parmesan on top.

If you can, place the pizza pan on an air cushion sheet.

Bake at 375* for 25 – 30 min.
