Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
2 tsp Onion; chopped
1 dash paprika
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 cup milk or half and half
3 Eggs; chopped, hard boiled
2 cups crab meat; (1 lb) Philips brand, canned
Ritz crackers

Original recipe makes 6

Servings  

Preparation

½ c butter

2 tsp chopped onion

Saute onion in butter, then add the following 4 ingredients.

Dash paprika

Dash pepper

½ tsp dried mustard

½ tsp salt

Add:

2 ½ Tbsp flour

1 ½ c. milk or half and half

Cook slowly over low heat, stirring until thick.

Add 3 chopped hard boiled eggs and 2 cups (1 lb) Philips brand canned crab meat.

Place in casserole and crumbled Ritz crackers on top.

Bake at 375* for 20 min.
