Original recipe makes 6
1 lb.angel hair pasta
3/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
1 tsp.oregano
1 bunchspring onions; cut ¾ into the green
1 pintcherry or grape tomatoes; cut in half
2 lb.shrimp; shelled, cooked (buy the frozen already cooked)
1 pkgFeta cheese; crumbled
1 cansliced black olives
1 tbspCavendar’s Greek seasoning; (with salt), (up to 2 tbsp)

Greek Shrimp Pasta Preparation

Cook pasta al dente. Rinse pasta in hot water – drain - and immediately pour on the mixture of oil, vinegar and oregano.

Mix other ingredients into pasta.

Can serve hot or cold.
