Greek Shrimp Pasta
|1 lb.angel hair pasta|
|3/4 cupolive oil|
|1/4 cupred wine vinegar|
|1 bunchspring onions; cut ¾ into the green|
|1 pintcherry or grape tomatoes; cut in half|
|2 lb.shrimp; shelled, cooked (buy the frozen already cooked)|
|1 pkgFeta cheese; crumbled|
|1 cansliced black olives|
|1 tbspCavendar’s Greek seasoning; (with salt), (up to 2 tbsp)|
Greek Shrimp Pasta Preparation
Cook pasta al dente. Rinse pasta in hot water – drain - and immediately pour on the mixture of oil, vinegar and oregano.
Mix other ingredients into pasta.
Can serve hot or cold.
