Greek Shrimp Pasta
Original recipe makes 6
| 1 lb.angel hair pasta |
| 3/4 cupolive oil |
| 1/4 cupred wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp.oregano |
| 1 bunchspring onions; cut ¾ into the green |
| 1 pintcherry or grape tomatoes; cut in half |
| 2 lb.shrimp; shelled, cooked (buy the frozen already cooked) |
| 1 pkgFeta cheese; crumbled |
| 1 cansliced black olives |
| 1 tbspCavendar’s Greek seasoning; (with salt), (up to 2 tbsp) |
Greek Shrimp Pasta Preparation
Cook pasta al dente. Rinse pasta in hot water – drain - and immediately pour on the mixture of oil, vinegar and oregano.
Mix other ingredients into pasta.
Can serve hot or cold.
