My son loves the sweet Hawaiian bread, this recipe is a perfect "copycat".
In a heavy duty stand mixer, beat the eggs then add the pineapple juice, sugar, ginger, vanilla, and butter. Put 3 cups flour, in a separate bowl. Using the dough hook slowly add the egg mixture. Mix until well combined then add yeast one packet at a time. Add the remaining 3 cups flour and mix until thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Remove from the bowl and knead in 1/2 c flour. Knead about 10 times. Shape into rolls or loafs. Place in greased and floured loaf pans. Cover and place in a warm area and let rise another hour.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins
