4 tablespoonSoy sauce
2 teaspoonSugar
2 teaspoonCorn starch
4 teaspoonDry sherry
4 teaspoonHoisin sauce
2 teaspoonRice vinegar
2 teaspoonChili paste with garlic
1/2 teaspoonSalt
2 teaspoonPeanut oil
2 tablespoonGinger; minced
2 tablespoonGarlic; minced
1 poundSirloin Or Flank Steak; cut across grain
16 Green onion; sliced 2" pieces
2 cBroccoli; steamed

Beef- Mongolian Beef Preparation

1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until smooth.

2. Heat peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and beef; saute for 2 minutes or until beef is browned. Add green onion pieces; saute 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture; cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.

I used this recipe for the sauce as I added different veggies...bell peppers carrots and zucchini. I also didn't have any ginger or dry sherry but it still had great flavor. Very delicious and will be made again!
