1. Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring until smooth.
2. Heat peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, and beef; saute for 2 minutes or until beef is browned. Add green onion pieces; saute 30 seconds. Add soy sauce mixture; cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.

ceciliachu 2 weeks agoAmazing!! Made it tonight for my family, and it came out wonderful!! Added mushrooms, and a Peruvian chile paste instead of what the recipe called for. Didn't make it too spicy, and the recipe turned outgreat!!

Sstewart 1 year agoI used this recipe for the sauce as I added different veggies...bell peppers carrots and zucchini. I also didn't have any ginger or dry sherry but it still had great flavor. Very delicious and will be made again!
