Hawaiian Chicken Salad
Original recipe makes 10
| 2 cansswanson white meat chicken |
| 1 cancrushed pineapple in syrup |
| 1 8-oz containercream cheese |
| 2 stalkscelery |
| 1 coconut or chopped pecans |
| 1 loafround hawaiian bread or crackers |
Hawaiian Chicken Salad Preparation
Let cream cheese soften to room temp. Drain meat well and blot on paper towels to dry meat. Drain pineapple well. Chop celery med to fine. Mix meat, pineapple, celery, cream cheese in large bowl with fork. Cover and chill several hours or overnite is better. To serve cut the center out of the bread and stuff with salad. Garnish with coconut or pecans. Can also be served with party crackers.
