Spaghetti Squash with Hamburger Meat Sauce
(spaghetti squash)
Cut spaghetti squash in half. Place TBS of garlic and 1/2 cup water in glass roasting dish place spaghetti squash on top put in oven uncovered for 50-60 minutes at 350. Remove from oven use fork to string squash from side to side. place in strainer press with paper towel. (keep outside of squash for bowl). (you can suatee the spaghetti in olive oil and garlic for a minute for extra flavor).
(meat suace)
place diced onion and tbs of garlic and small can of mushrooms in a suace pan and drizzle with olive oil cook till slightly darkened. place hamburger in same pot add italian seasoning's, salt, pepper, & chili powder cook till moisture cooks out right before hamburger is burnt. add spaghetti sauce bring to rapid boil then turn to simmer and simmer till squash is done stirring occasionally.
toss strands and meat sauce together and place back in squash sprinkle with parmasean cheese and garnish with something green.
