| 1 poundPork tenderloin |
| 1/4 cupHoisin sauce |
| 2 tablespoonGreen onion; sliced |
| 2 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonRice wine vinegar |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1 tablespoonSesame seeds; optional |
Pork Tenderloin- Hoisin Marinade Preparation
combine everything but sesame seeds in ziploc bag - marinate 2 hrs
preheat oven to 425,
save marinade, boil and use as sauce
put meat on broiler pan coated with cooking spray - bake at 425 for 15 min
sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 5 more min or until 160 degrees
let meat rest 10 min before slicing.
