1 lbBacon; diced
1 largeOnion; diced
1 largeGreen pepper; diced
5 eaGarlic; cloves minced
1 poundAndouille Sausage; sliced
1 poundChicken Thighs; chopped
1 stickButter
2 teaspoonCajun Seasoning
1 teaspoonCayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoonTabasco sauce
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
2 cupsRice
2 cupsChicken broth
1/2 cupParsley; diced
1 poundShrimp; medium - peeled and devained
3 stalksCelery; diced
1/2 cupGreen onion; diced

Jambalaya - Chicken Sausage Shrimp Preparation

Brown chicken and sausage.

Saute vegetables.

Combine broth, seasoning, and vegetables in large pot and simmer for 5 - 10 Min.

Mix in chicken, sausage, shrimp, and rice.

Cover and cook until rice is done.
