1 lb Bacon; diced
1 large Onion; diced
1 large Green pepper; diced
5 ea Garlic; cloves minced
1 pound Andouille Sausage; sliced
1 pound Chicken Thighs; chopped
1 stick Butter
2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Rice
2 cups Chicken broth
1/2 cup Parsley; diced
1 pound Shrimp; medium - peeled and devained
3 stalks Celery; diced
1/2 cup Green onion; diced

Preparation

Brown chicken and sausage.

Saute vegetables.

Combine broth, seasoning, and vegetables in large pot and simmer for 5 - 10 Min.

Mix in chicken, sausage, shrimp, and rice.

Cover and cook until rice is done.
