Ingredients
| 1 cake body |
| 50 gcocoa powder |
| 1 tspground cinnamon |
| 225 gself raising flour |
| 225 gunsalted butter |
| 225 gcaster sugar |
| 4 Eggs |
| 1 chocolate icing |
| 20 gcocoa powder |
| 100 gicing sugar |
| 50 gmelted buter |
| 1 tspmilk |
| 4 strawberries; halved to decorate (optional) |
Chocolate cake Preparation

1. preheat the oven to 190deg celcius/350farenheit
2. oil and line 8 inch tin
3. cream sugar and butter
4. beat in eggs one at a time
5. sift flour and cocoa powder and fold it into the butter/sugar/egg mix
6. fold in the cinnamon
7. bake for 20-30 or till a skewer comes out clean
8. turn on to a rack to cool
icing
9. sift icing sugar and cocoa powder
10. add in melted butter and mix together
11. when the cake has cooled COMPLETELY even it out by cutting off the top of the cake (esp if it cracked)
12. spread the icing evenly on the top
13. decorate with strawberries
