This is a recipe from my brother. Each makes about 1/3 of a pot of fondue and serves 2 very hungry people. Note that you can make it in the microwave as well, carefully heating on low and stirring frequently.
1. Rub pot with fresh garlic.
2. Heat wine.
3. Toss grated cheese with cornstarch.
4. Slowly mix cheese with wine while stirring constantly.
