Southwest Crockpot Chicken

Ready in 4 hours

Extra easy, delicious chicken recipe.

"This is tasty, simple comfort food. I use 1.5 pounds of chicken, cubed and a full 16 oz jar of salsa. Black beans come in a 15 oz can and a 19 oz can - I've used both and it's fine. I serve mine on Basmati rice. You can also cook for 8 hours on low instead of 4 hours on high. I love anything with a cream cheese based sauce!"
