8 ozskirt steak
1 Salt
1 pepper
1 tspchili powder
1 tbspolive oil
1 cuproma tomatoes; diced
1/4 cupcorn
1 tbspred onions; diced
1 tspjalapenos
2 tbspolive oil
1 tspbalsamic vinegar
1/2 tspchili powder
1 cilantro

Chili-Rubbed Skirt Steak With Tomato Corn Salad Preparation

Steak

Season steak with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a grill pan. cook steak to desired doneness. transfer to cutting board, then slice into long slender strips about 1/4 inch thick.

Salad

combine, tomatoes, corn, diced red onions, jalapenos, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chili powder, salt, and pepper. drape steak over salad. garnish with colantro and pinch of sea salt.
