|0.5 cupsBraggs Aminos|
|0.25 cupnutritional yeast flakes|
|2 tablespoonscanola oil|
|1 tablespoonflaxseed meal|
|1 tablespoondried sweet basil|
|2 clovesgarlic cloves; minced|
|1 largeOnion; finely chopped|
|1 teaspoondried sage|
|1 cupchopped cashews; walnuts or pecans|
|4 cupsRolled oats|
Big Bertha Burger Preparation
Add ingredients in order listed, except oats in 3 quart pan. Bring water to a slow boil, quickly stir in the rolled oats and reove from heat. Cover and set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 375.
Form oat mixture into 3 inch round patties and place on oiled baking sheets.
Bake for 25 minutes on each side.
