2 1/2 cupsSugar
2 cupsFlour
2 1/2 teaspoonBaking Powder
1 teaspoonCloves; ground
1 teaspoonCinnamon; ground
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 1/4 cupsPrunes; finely snipped
1 cupCranberries; whole
2/3 cupApricots; dried
3/4 cupPecan; chopped
1 cupVegetable Oil
2 jarsPlum babyfood; strained
3 Eggs; large

Not The Usual Fruitcake Preparation

Preheat oven to 375? degrees. Prepare 2 6-cup Bundt pans with butter. Sprinkle each pan with 1/4 cup sugar. Shake out excess. Mix remaining 2 cups sugar, flour, baking powder, spices salt in a large bowl. Add fruit and nuts. Stir well with wooden spoon. Whisk oil, baby food and eggs until blended; pour over flour mixture and beat by hand just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick test is clean. Cool Completely in pans on wire rack.
