| 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts; thawed and trimmed of fat, up to 8 chicken breasts |
| 1 canhealthy version; cream of chicken soup |
| 1 canhealthy version; cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 tablespoonscorn starch |
| 4 tablespoonsdijon mustard |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
| paprika; to taste |
Slow Cooker Dijon Chicken Preparation
Lightly mist crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer if possible.
Combine soups, corn starch, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon over chicken (if multiple layers of chicken, divide the sauce equally over two layers). Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving.
