"I made this today for football Sunday. Very tasty. It was a little salty for me, but I didn't use low sodium soups so I think that would have solved it. The chicken was very, very tender. I could use a little more mustard flavor, so I would probably add a bit more dijon. Great recipe! Easy and tasty! Try it!!"- Goweezie

Top-ranked recipe named "Slow Cooker Dijon Chicken"
Lightly mist crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer if possible.
Combine soups, corn starch, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon over chicken (if multiple layers of chicken, divide the sauce equally over two layers). Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving.

deborahfaneros 3 years agoThis goes very well with a herb flavored long grain wild rice. May try this again with dill.
Jojoshoes 4 years agoYou may prefer to add more or less dijon, depending on your preferences. My family likes a lot of mustardy flavor, so I sometimes add more. Serve with flavored rice or noodles and fresh green beans or asparagus. [I posted this recipe.]
