Estrada family loves this great winter soup
In a large c and simmer, covered saucepan bring to broth to boiling. Add pasta, potatoes, peas and carrots and undrained diced tomatoes (and chicken) . Return to boiling. Reduce heat, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle parsley.
