Notes Peanut Butter Cookies Preparation
Mix peanut butter, condensed milk, egg and vanilla until smooth. Then, mix in Bisquick. Roll 1 inch balls and press down with a fork both ways.
Bake on 350 for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown on the bottom.
- Makes about 4 dozen cookies per batch
I suggest a light drizzle of chocolate over the cookies, once cooled.
